What are Deltron's delivery times?

The delivery time of your order at Deltron depends on various factors, such as your place of residence, whether there is a weekend in between, and the busyness of the carriers. We strive to deliver orders within the Benelux and Germany within 1 to 3 working days.

What are the shipping costs at Deltron?

The shipping costs Deltron charges for your order are calculated based on the current rates of our carriers and the cost of packaging materials. All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.

Deltron ships worldwide when possible. Please refer to our shipping information page where all detailed shipping costs are explained.

Can I track my order?

Yes, that is certainly possible! Once your order has been packed and picked up by our carrier, your package will be scanned upon arrival at the sorting center. Once your package has been scanned, you will receive an email from the shipping system with the barcode (track & trace) of your package. This email also states which carrier we used to send your package.

When will I get my money back?

If agreed as such, Deltron will refund the purchase amount within 2 weeks to the account used to pay for the order.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
