Since 2022, Deltron has been located in Gasselternijveenschemond, in the beautiful province of Drenthe, also known as the 'land of Bartje'. This region is characterized by vast heathlands, herds of sheep, mysterious dolmens and vast peat areas. Drenthe not only offers a rich history but also a unique lifestyle. It is the perfect place to enjoy walks and bike rides in unspoiled nature. In addition, the province is known for its culinary traditions, such as Krentjebrij - a berry dessert that is eaten both hot and cold - and the authentic Drenthe dry sausage.
A combination of passion and expertise
We are proud of our new website and work hard every day to keep our range up-to-date. Our previous webshops Truckerswereld and Radioamateurwinkel, two companies founded in 2008 in Veendam, merged in 2021 with Deltron, which had been located in Hoogeveen since 2000. Thanks to this collaboration, our range has been significantly expanded, with an even wider range of high-quality communication equipment, antennas, accessories and other products.
Ultimately, we decided to join forces and continue under one name and website under the name Deltron . This choice allows us to focus even more on our customers and our range. Our origins
Truckerswereld and Radioamateurwinkel originated from a love for and experience with 27MHz transceivers and scanners. What started in 2008 with a computer on the kitchen table and a small warehouse in the garage, has grown into a successful online store. It is run with enthusiasm by two owners who still cherish the time of QSL cards, crystal scanners, classic 27MC boxes and impressive antenna masts.
