Return Policy

Deltron is not just a store where you can buy products, aftersales is just as important to Deltron as selling a product. You can therefore count on good warranty handling at Deltron. All items supplied by us come with a 1-year standard factory warranty, unless stated otherwise. Deltron does not provide a warranty on Linears and power transistors.

Deltron orders are always delivered with an invoice including VAT. For companies outside the Netherlands, with a valid VAT number, an intra-community delivery applies. This means that these companies receive a 0% VAT invoice. You must keep this invoice safe for returns and warranty! Without an invoice, no items can be returned and no warranty is given on these items. So keep the invoice safe.

If you wish to return your order, this is only possible if:

  • After written contact by email with Deltron
  • The withdrawal form, completed and signed by us, has been received.
  • The shipment is provided with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
  • The shipment has been received by us within the 14-day inspection period
  • This is in the original packaging if reasonably possible.
  • Is complete and undamaged.

Right of withdrawal for private individuals
Deltron operates under the law of distance selling. This means that you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and not to business customers.

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Custom products such as: custom-made coaxial cables and connectors or custom-made antennas.
  • Products that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons (have been removed from the packaging), such as earphones, headsets and headphones, etc.
  • Redeemed or completed vouchers or credit notes.
  • SD Cards and Software
  • Products that are used, damaged or incomplete.
  • Products specially ordered by the customer from the manufacturer.
  • Products that need to be customized on customer request.
  • Products that are pre-programmed.
  • Products that need to be programmed on behalf of the customer.
  • Products whose seal has been broken, such as software
  • Right of withdrawal for companies/entrepreneurs
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies/entrepreneurs as the right of withdrawal is only part of consumer legislation. B2B (Business to Business) is considered by Deltron if an order is placed with company details and the invoice is also made up with these company details.

Return address
Deltron will provide the buyer with the correct return address once the return shipment has been registered and the withdrawal form has been received from the buyer. If the ordered product has been delivered by a 3rd party (supplier), Deltron will provide the buyer with the correct address.

What can you do with a product during the cooling-off period?
During the cooling-off period, the buyer must handle the product and the original packaging with care and only remove that from the packaging that the buyer needs to assess whether the product meets expectations. The buyer may not actually use or test the product if the buyer does not yet know whether he will actually keep the product. Deltron may request compensation if it appears after return that the product has been used or tested.

Costs for returning a product
Deltron will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Deltron for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless Deltron offers to collect the product itself, Deltron may wait with reimbursement until Deltron has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Deltron will use the same payment method and account number for reimbursement that the consumer used during the ordering process. Refunds will not be refunded to a different account than the one specified during the order.

Sending a return shipment
Sending a return shipment is at all times at your own expense and risk. This means that Deltron is not responsible for damage, loss or otherwise of your sent return shipment. Pack your return shipment well so that no damage can occur during transport. Your shipment must be delivered on working days to the address that you receive from Deltron after you have registered the shipment for return. Parcel shop deliveries are not received and will automatically be returned to the shipping address.

Refund of purchase amount
If agreed as such, Deltron will refund the purchase amount within 2 weeks to the account used to pay for the order.

Items that do not meet the right of withdrawal
Items that do not meet the above criteria remain the property of the buyer. Deltron will return the items to the buyer and charge the buyer for the costs incurred.

Step-by-step plan for returns

  • Please report the product you wish to return (within 14 days of receipt date) to our customer service by email.
  • Download the withdrawal form .
  • Complete the withdrawal form, sign it and send it by email to info@deltron.nl
  • Once we have received the withdrawal form completed and signed by you, you will receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from us, which you can state on the return shipment, and you will receive the address where you can send the product to be returned. (The return address is not always in Gasselternijveenschemond, so do not just send a product to Gasselternijveenschemond)
  • Always send your return shipment with a track and trace code and mention this track and trace code to our customer service.
  • After receiving your shipment, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail and process the return shipment.
  • If the product meets the return conditions, we will exchange the item or refund the purchase amount within 2 weeks, depending on your wishes.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will return the product to the address provided during the order and we will charge the buyer for the shipping costs incurred.
