Noxgear

Noxgear designs advanced products for active lifestyles with great care and precision, for both people and their pets around the world. Tom and Simon, two aerospace engineers working in advanced research and development, used their passion and technical knowledge to create a light-up vest to make players visible during nighttime frisbee games. Their first version was simple, put together with duct tape and paperclips, but it created an unforgettable experience on the field and inspired them to continue improving the safety and experience of people who live active lives.

Like many people with busy schedules, they often did their running, cycling and sports activities at night or early in the morning. The limited visibility during these times led them to investigate how to be seen better in the dark. To their surprise, they discovered that most of the safety and visibility equipment available was outdated and inadequate.

Powered by their research, they set out to fill this gap in the market through highly engineered products that make people more visible and safer in low visibility situations. After months of planning and countless prototypes, we set out on our mission to build a company that meets our high standards for quality and science-based safety. Thanks to two successful kickstart campaigns and many design improvements, they are proud of their three biggest products: the Tracer2 LED visibility vest, the LightHound LED dog harness, and the 39G Bluetooth speaker.
