This connector is common on Midland and Icom radios, as well as brands such as TTi, Cobra (MT-500, MT-525, MT-700, MT-725, MT-900, MT-925), Alinco and Wintec.

Motorola M Connector

The Motorola M connector is a 1-pin 3.5mm stereo connection. This is often used with Motorola radios from the T-series. Other models with this connection are the Cobra MT-200, MT-550 and MT-750.

Motorola M1 Connector

The Motorola M1 connector is a 2-pin corner connector with a 3.5mm and a 2.5mm pin. This is used on models such as the Motorola GP300, XTX-446 and XTN-446.

Kenwood K Connector

The Kenwood K connector is a 2-pin corner connection with a 3.5mm stereo and a 2.5mm mono pin. There is also a 1-pin K-type connection with a 2.5mm mono pin. This connector is common on Kenwood and Intek radios and can also be found on the Maas PT-558.

Wintec W Connector

This type of connector is specially designed for Wintec models and offers a unique connection that fits perfectly with these radios.

SX Connector

The SX connector is a 2.5mm stereo jack, specifically designed for Midland 777, G12, and G5, as well as the Intek SL-02 radio.

V Mention

If there is a V next to the type, for example the KEP 24 VM1, this means that the headset is equipped with an M1 connector and has a VOX/PTT switch for extra functionality.
