Aircom Premium FRNC is an ultra-low-loss coaxial cable with a frequency range up to 12 GHz. This cable is lightweight and has very low attenuation, ideal for various applications in communications and radio technology. The aluminum inner conductor is precision-formed and encased in a welded copper foil, ensuring a powerful HF line and minimal imperfections across the entire frequency range. Thanks to the low intermodulation, the cable is particularly suitable for digital modulation methods.
The extremely low damping of Aircom Premium FRNC is achieved by a low-loss PE dielectric, which is also resistant to moisture. The outer conductor consists of two layers of copper: a thin, overlapping copper foil and a shielding braid with 75% coverage. The PE coating protects the film against cracking at a small bending radius.
The cable's sheath is made of a special thermoplastic copolymer, FRNC (Flame Retardant Non Corrosive), which is halogen-free and flame-retardant. This ensures a low fire load, low fire propagation and minimal flue gas development. Aircom Premium FRNC is flexible, low-attenuation and interference-resistant, perfect for most applications in communications and radio technology.
