Designed for use with President transceivers with a 6-pin connector, this set offers optimum ease of use, even in complex working environments such as cranes, shovels or agricultural vehicles.

Features of the Gooseneck MS-5 President

  • Flexible gooseneck microphone : The flexible microphone is easy to position in the desired position, so you can communicate clearly.
  • PTT (Push-to-Talk) Button : Simply mount the button on a joystick or gear lever. This allows operation with the same hand you steer the vehicle with.
  • Control unit with mic gain control : Adjust the microphone sensitivity as desired for optimum sound quality.
  • Easy mounting: Thanks to the round control unit and supplied rubber, mounting to a joystick or gear lever is quick and secure.
  • Compatibility : Works with President type II transceivers such as the Jackson II and Johnson II. For type I models an alternative hands-free set is available on request

The Gooseneck MS-5 President operates on 12 Volts and is supplied with wiring provided with a 6-pin President connection. This makes installation easy and compatible with various President models.

Important to know

  • Please note: The up/down function of the control unit may not be available on some President transceivers.
  • Future-proof : Should hands-free communication become mandatory for CB radios in the future, the Gooseneck MS-5 President offers the perfect solution.
  • Type President: This handsfree only works on President types II such as Jackson II, Johnson II etc. The handsfree for President types I is on request. Please contact us for this.
