The Anytone AT-D578UV Plus is the advanced upgrade of the popular AT-D578 Pro. With support for Analog APRX RX and Airband RX (AM) , this mobile dual-band (UHF/VHF) transceiver offers powerful performance and unmatched versatility. This transceiver combines analog and digital functionality, making it ideal for both professional and amateur radio use.

With a transmit power of 60 Watts on VHF and 50 Watts on UHF and a frequency range of 144-146 MHz (VHF) and 430-440 MHz (UHF ), the AT-D578UV Plus delivers reliable communication under all conditions. It also supports MOTOTRBO Tier 1 and Tier 2 for extensive DMR capabilities .

About MOTOTRBO and Tier 1 & 2

Outside of Motorola, MOTOTRBO is known as DMR. DMR is an acronym for Digital Mobile Radio and is an ETSI standard for land mobile communications in the 66-960MHz band. The standard defines a two-slot TDMA channel access method, allowing two simultaneous voice or data calls on a 12.5 kHz radio channel.

Tier 1 : This is the basic level: A license-free form of digital walkie-talkies and mobile radios with the aim of fitting within the current analog PMR466 license-free walkie-talkie frequencies.

Tier 2: This form of the DMR or Digital Mobile Radio communication standard, requires a license or transmission authorization and allows a higher transmission power, both from radio to radio ("porto, porto") and in a repeater network. This is to be able to offer a larger area coverage.

Features

  • Flexible Configuration: Programmable with included USB cable and software.
  • True 2-Slot DMR: Ability to use two voice channels on one frequency.
  • Crossband Repeater Function: Connect different frequency bands for seamless communication.
  • Roaming and GPS: Perfect for mobile operations and location-specific functionalities.
  • Emergency Alarm: Includes GPS data transmission for added security.
