The AOR AR6000 is an advanced wideband multimode base receiver with an impressive range of new features and capabilities. This receiver offers an unparalleled frequency range from 9 kHz to 6 GHz, with steps of 1 Hz to 2 Hz at higher frequencies up to 3.15 GHz. This makes the AR6000 ideal for receiving new signal standards such as MLS, STL and FPU, as well as for monitoring digital mobile services such as LTE-Advanced, TD-SCDMA and WCDMA/HSPA.
Key Features:
-
Super wideband reception: The AR6000 provides continuous coverage from 9 kHz to 6 GHz, with excellent sensitivity and selectivity. This is in contrast to spectrum analyzers, which often have more limited capabilities. The compact size (30 x 22 x 10 cm) and light weight (5 kg) make the AR6000 portable and easy to use, both indoors and outdoors.
-
Advanced receiving technologies: For frequencies below 25 MHz, the AR6000 uses direct conversion, which ensures high selectivity and reduces image effects. For higher frequencies, a Zero IF system is employed, resulting in a clean digital I/Q signal by using synchronous detection.
-
Digital I/Q Output: The receiver features a digital I/Q output for advanced demodulation via a PC, with an optional IQ5001 card. The signal is transmitted via USB 2.0, which provides high-quality signal processing.
-
Ultra-low noise down-converter: The frequency range from 3.15GHz to 6GHz is realized by smart internal down-conversion circuits with ultra-low noise levels, comparable to high-end receivers.
-
High Frequency Stability: With the optional GP5001 GPS receiver, the AR6000 can achieve a frequency stability of +/- 0.01 ppm, ensuring accurate measurements and analysis.
-
Extensive memory and recording capacity: Up to 240 hours of audio recording is possible with the built-in SD media recorder. Recording is in WAV format, with a maximum SD size of 32 GB. The squelch recording function prevents unwanted spaces.
-
Flexible functionality: The AR6000 supports high-speed scanning and searching, dual-band and offset reception, FFT spectrum display on a built-in LCD screen with selectable bandwidths from 400 kHz to 10 MHz, as well as various other functions such as CTCSS, DCS, DTMF, and noise suppression.
Optional accessories are available, see the "Extra" tab
The AOR AR6000 represents a breakthrough in signal reception technology, delivering unparalleled performance for both professional and commercial applications.
