The Comet SB4 is a high performance mobile antenna for 144 MHz (2m) and 430 MHz (70cm), designed for optimum performance. With a PL-259 (MP) connector, this antenna is easy to mount on a UHF-female (PL) connector.
Thanks to the 90° tilt function, the SB4 is flexible in use and easy to adapt to different mounting positions. With a gain of 3.0 dBi at 144 MHz and 5.5 dBi at 430 MHz, combined with a maximum transmit power of 60 watts , this antenna offers excellent signal amplification.
In addition, the Comet SB-4 has a wide reception range of 100 - 170 MHz and 350 - 470 MHz, making it ideal for scanner use.
