Save both space and money when you decide you want a spring under your antenna. Instead of buying a stud mount and a spring as separate components, you can buy one part and have it all. The spring is made of stainless steel for many years of use and stands approximately 3 inches above the mounting surface. It is perfect for 2-foot stick antennas. The heavy duty model can be used with any antenna up to 5 ft long. This spring uses a premium SO-239 base design. The strength and performance of this design have made it the standard by which all other similar designs are judged. As expected, the hardware is stainless steel and the insulator is molded in nylon.
