The Gear Keeper RT2-4212 Mic Keeper in the Stars and Stripes design is a compact and robust microphone retractor, ideal for use in trucks, boats and other vehicles. This handy system prevents microphones from wandering around and ensures that your CB microphone or 27MC microphone is always within reach.

When using a 27MC transmitter, CB radio or other transceiver, the microphone must be returned to its holder after each call. This can be a nuisance, especially when driving or sailing. The Gear Keeper Mic Keeper solves this problem with an automatic retractor, similar to what you see in American trucks and movies. The microphone is attached to a retractable stainless steel line with a spring mechanism, which automatically returns it to its place after use.
Should an emergency situation arise where you need both hands and drop the microphone, it will instantly retract back into the Gear Keeper. This prevents the microphone from floating around or getting in the way.
