The microphone is mounted under the bulkhead bolt of the sun visor. Make sure it is securely attached and the cable is positioned securely. Also make sure that the microphone is angled so that it does not interfere with your forward view.

This Magnum AV-1KM Kenwood hands-free set consists of a microphone boom that is connected to the interface. The control box is connected with a cable to the microphone plug of the 27Mhz transceiver. This switch box contains up/down keys and a switch for switching from transmitting to receiving.

The curve of the interface makes it easy to mount on a gear lever with the supplied rubber ring. The microphone gain can also be adjusted on the interface. Please note: The CB version must be connected to a 12V power supply.

This set is therefore extremely suitable for use by cranes and crane operators.
