The Midland 18 is a powerful, multi-standard CB radio that operates in both AM and FM mode and is designed for reliable communication on all approved European frequency bands. With a transmit power of 4 watts and a range of 26.565 to 27.99125 MHz , this modern transceiver offers excellent performance, including an emergency function with direct access to channels 9 and 19. The improved microphone with a new capsule ensures clear and powerful voice modulation. The Midland 18 makes it easy to change channels thanks to the intuitive operation with the UP, DOWN and LOCK buttons.

The advanced dual squelch mode, adjustable both manually and automatically with five levels, minimizes ambient noise for crystal clear reception. Thanks to the RF gain with seven adjustable levels, you can avoid interference and receive a clear signal, even with strong signals on nearby channels. With the hands-free VOX function with five levels adjustable, communication can be done completely by voice.

The 7-color LCD display with S-meter not only offers a modern look, but also clear display of channel information. An external speaker connection (3.5 mm) offers the possibility of additional sound amplification. The power supply via a 12V cigarette lighter connection makes installation easy and flexible, without direct connection to the battery.

With compact dimensions (114x43x180 mm) and a light weight (499 grams), the Midland 18 is easy to install in any vehicle.
