The Moonraker AMPRO-40 is a robust and efficient HF monoband antenna for mobile use on the 7 MHz band (40 meters) . This antenna is ideal for those who are active on the go on HF and want to combine reliable performance with ease of use.

With a length of 245 cm , a maximum power of 250 watts and a bandwidth of 60 kHz , the AMPRO-40 is perfectly suited for DX contacts on the 40 meter band. The center loading coil ensures efficient signal radiation, so that you make optimal use of your transmit power.

The antenna is built tough with a 3/8 inch fiberglass rod, a nearly indestructible 17-7PH stainless steel antenna rod with chrome plated brass connectors . The black anti-static protective sleeve provides additional protection and aesthetically matches any vehicle.

Thanks to the semi-rigid construction, additional reinforcement such as springs or guy wires is unnecessary. With the adjustable whip, you can easily adjust to the lowest possible SWR. And thanks to the 3/8x24 thread, assembly and disassembly are quick and easy - ideal for mobile use.
