The Moonraker AMPRO-60 is a reliable and robust HF monoband antenna for mobile use on the 5 MHz (60 meter) band . This antenna combines solid build quality with ease of use, ideal for mobile users on the 60 meter frequency.
With a length of 245 cm, a power of up to 250 watts and a bandwidth of 55 kHz , the AMPRO-60 offers excellent performance on this often challenging HF band. Thanks to the centre loading coil, the antenna radiates efficiently – perfect for making DX contacts with maximum transmit power.
The construction is rock solid: a 3/8 inch fiberglass base , a nearly indestructible 17-7PH stainless steel whip , and chrome plated brass fittings ensure years of trouble-free use. The black anti-static protective sleeve protects the coil and fits neatly on any vehicle.
The semi-rigid design makes the antenna windproof and eliminates the need for additional springs or guy wires. The adjustable whip allows for precise tuning for low SWR. The 3/8x24 thread allows for quick (dis)assembly – convenient when on the road.
