CRT SS-6900 V7 NRC

The CRT SS-6900 V7 NRC is an advanced HF transceiver that, in its sleek black design, offers a powerful feature set for both amateur and professional communications. This transceiver supports a versatile frequency range of 25.615 to 30.105 MHz and offers an impressive transmit power ranging from 3-40 Watts for FM, 2-12 Watts for AM/CW, and up to 35 Watts (PEP) for SSB. With a USB programming option via an optional cable, you can easily customize and manage the transceiver from a Windows PC.

V7 NRC easily switch between standard and export versions of the frequency bands

The CRT SS6900 V7 NRC features six programmable bands with 60 channels each and is equipped with a range of modern features. These include an echo function, scan function, PA and external speaker connection, RF gain, dual watch, and an adjustable time-out timer. For added convenience, there is also a built-in SWR meter, Hi-cut filter and incoming voltage protection. Improvements in this version over its predecessor include a new VOX function, CTCSS tones, DCS codes, an RX compander, noise gate and RX noise reduction by means of an additional PCB in the radio.

Flexible switching between standard and export

The V7 NRC allows you to easily switch between standard and export versions of the frequency bands without any additional programming. The redesigned menu now also offers improved control over beep and CW sidetone volumes, with 64 adjustable steps. The transceiver features additional ventilation holes for better cooling and an improved SSB ALC circuit for optimum performance. The built-in ability to switch between FM Band 1 (28.000 to 29.700 MHz) and FM Band 2 (25.615 to 30.105 MHz) makes this transceiver very flexible and adaptable to different communication needs.

How to switch between frequency bands;

1. Turn off the radio.
2. Press and hold the FUNC and S/RF buttons simultaneously and turn the radio back on.
3. Turn the channel switch to select between Band 1 and Band 2.
4. Press the FUNC button to confirm your selection. The display will show rES and then rEND to confirm the change.
