About this product

The Yaesu FT-710 Field emphasizes excellent reception performance through an advanced SDR circuit configuration. Equipped with the same high-resolution A/D converter and FPGA as Yaesu's high-end SDR transceivers, this transceiver processes digital signals using a dual A/D converter. The FPGA combines these signals to reduce overload and improve blocking properties. Random noise is added to the analog signal before digital conversion, and dithering technology improves intermodulation characteristics by suppressing distortion. The Quick Memory Bank (QMB) function allows special memory channels to be recalled with one touch, while a large 4.3-inch full-color TFT touchscreen provides intuitive operation and excellent visibility. Features such as a real-time spectrum display, VOX function, IF Noise Blanker and Intercept Point Optimization (IPO) contribute to the versatility and reliability of the FT-710 AESS.

Delivery time:

1-3 Business Days

The FT-710 is equipped with the same high-resolution A/D converter and FPGA used in Yaesu high-end SDR transceivers. The dual A/D converter circuit configuration performs digital conversion processing using two A/D converters. The digital signal is combined by the FPGA to reduce overload and overflow of the A/D converters and improve blocking properties. In addition, random noise is added to the analog signal before digital conversion, distortion is suppressed by minimizing the quantization error during digital conversion by the A/D converter, and dithering technology is used to improve IM (intermodulation) characteristics . The overall performance of the SDR receiving circuit is excellent.

Quick Memory Bank function (QMB).
The QMB function can be used to store special memory channels (Quick Memory Bank). A memory can be easily recalled with one touch. The Quick Memory Bank stores the frequency, mode, as well as transmission/reception settings, filter and other parameters, so that operation can start quickly and in the best conditions without resetting when changing bands. Memory settings can be easily checked by showing the memory contents on the display. (Up to 10 memory channels are available).

Operational efficiency and comfort.
The Yaesu FT-710 is a compact transceiver, with a large 4.3-inch full-colour TFT display with touch screen, providing intuitive operation and excellent visibility. The primary controls are arranged on the front and centered above the VFO dial for operating efficiency and direct access.
