Delivery time:

1-3 Business Days

The Yaesu FT-DX101MP is the new long-awaited compact HF/50MHz 200W SDR Transceiver with external speaker. The FT-DX101MP has a frequency range on the TX: 1.8-54 MH and the RX: 30 kHz - 75 MHz.

Narrow band SDR

The Narrow band SDR receiver removes strong out-of-band signals using a super heterodyne method, with narrow band roofing filters that significantly attenuate unwanted out-of-band frequency components, and the desired signals within the passband are converted to digital through an 18-bit high-resolution A/D converter and sent to an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) for signal processing.

Quiet and clear reception

Local oscillator system with ultra-low noise level; 400MHz HRDDS (high resolution direct digital synthesizer). Unparalleled -70 dB maximum attenuation VC-Tune. Newly developed VC-Tune RF Preselector with high-precision stepper motor drive offers excellent damping characteristics.

Highest transmission signal purity

The excellent C/N characteristics of the 400 MHz HRDDS (High Resolution Direct Digital Synthesizer) used in the local oscillator circuit also contribute significantly to the transmitter section. In a generic circuit, noise or distortion can occur depending on the circuit configuration and components, up to the final stage that produces the transmit signal, even if the local signal is of high quality. In the Yaesu FTDX101, a thorough examination of every element up to the final TX stage was carried out. The clock that divides and distributes the local signal of the 400MHz HRDDS circuit to each block, as well as the FPGA, D/A converter, the power amplifier, etc., and carefully selects the latest circuit configurations to improve the C/N characteristics to improve the entire channel block. The FTDX101's transmit signal is generated directly by a 16-bit D/A converter without going through a mixer circuit, significantly reducing distortion and noise.

Scope display 3DSS 7-inch TFT color screen

Intuitive insight into changes in signal strength Newly developed 3DSS (3-Dimentional Spectrum Stream) system in addition to a conventional waterfall display.

ABI (Active Band Indicator)

When the band is selected as MAIN band, the LED indicates white and when the band is selected by the SUB band, the LED indicates blue. When in transmission status, the LED turns red so you can immediately confirm which VFO is transmitting.

MPVD (Multi-Purpose VFO Outer Dial)

The MPVD is a large high-quality aluminum multi-function ring around the outside of the VFO dial. The ring allows control of SUB VFO frequency selector, VC-TUNE, Clarifier and C/S (custom selection function). The MPVD is a convenient dial that allows you to adjust key functions in ever-changing HF communications without taking your hand off the VFO. The ring has the traditional Yaesu excellent smooth and solid feel when used

PC remote control software to extend the working range

PC control software-implemented remote control of the transceiver from a remote location via the LAN or Internet is available. (requires optional external LAN Unit)
