Yaesu FTM-300DE

VHFVHFThe Yaesu FTM-300DE is a powerful dual-band mobile transceiver that offers a stable and reliable output of 50 Watts. This transceiver is equipped with Yaesu's exclusive FACC (Funnel Air-Convection Conductor – Wind Tunnel) cooling system, keeping it efficiently cool even under heavy use. The FTM-300DE supports Real Dual Band Operation (V+V, U+U, V+U, U+V) with two independent receivers, allowing simultaneous C4FM digital monitoring for both A and B bands.

High Resolution QVGA Color Screen
The FTM-300DE features a bright, high-resolution 2-inch QVGA TFT color screen. This screen provides a clear display of frequencies and operating bands, which greatly increases ease of use.

Memory Channel Band Auto Grouping (MBAG)
The Yaesu FTM-300DE is equipped with the Memory Channel Band Auto Grouping (MBAG) function. This advanced feature automatically categorizes memory channels by band, making it easy to quickly recall memory channels. The channels are organized into four band groups: Airband (M-AIR), VHF (M-VHF), UHF (M-UHF), and 174-400MHz/480-999.99 MHz (M-GEN).

Clear sound

The Yaesu FTM-300DE has a 3 Watt audio power speaker, which ensures a clear sound. There are two individual external speaker connections. Users can output the VFO A and B band receiver to separate speakers or mix A and B signals when using a single external speaker.

Bluetooth support

Built-in Bluetooth Unit is installed in the FTM-300DE. This enables hands-free operation with the Yaesu SSM-BT10 or a commercially available product. The SSM-BT10 is equipped with a PTT button and also supports VOX control. Using the new USB charging cable – SCU-41 with the controller of the FTM-300DE, the SSM-BT10 can be easily charged. The SSM-BT10 runs for approximately 20 hours on a single charge.

WiRES-X

The Yaesu FTM-300DE supports both the WiRES-X Portable Digital Node function and the Fixed Node function with the HRI-200. Since simultaneous C4FM monitoring is possible on both VFO A and VFO B, users can enjoy both WiRES-X communications on one channel while simultaneously monitoring another local channel.

• Memory Auto Grouping (MAG): Memory channels can be easily grouped and recalled by band. Each time the [BAND grp] key is pressed in memory mode, the bands are switched in the order shown below.
• Digital Code Squelch (DCS) : The DCS (Digital Coded Squelch) function ensures that audio is only audible when signals with the corresponding DCS code are received.
• New PAGER (EPCS): This new feature allows calling only specified stations by using a pager code that combines two CTCSS tones.
• Skip VFO band: VFO band selection is enabled by pressing the [BAND GRP] key. Unused tapes can also be skipped.
• Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS®) : The FTM-300DE uses a GPS receiver to acquire and display position and location information. The APRS function uses the location information to transmit the position information, data and messages, using the format developed by Bob Bruninga WB4APR
